The Festival Series Malta: Three Winners Crowned in Razz Big Bounty, PLO 4/5/6 and No Limit Hold’em High Roller
Across three events, three more trophies are to be crafted, as winners have taken down titles in the Razz Big Bounty aka Melvin Schroen's favourite tournament, the PLO 4/5/6, and the €1,100 High Roller, which proved to be a marathon session for the players at the Portomaso Casino in Malta. Let's have a look at what happened.

Razz Big Bounty
The Razz tournament was changed to the Big Bounty format, the same as was played in Rozvadov, after a vote was taken a few days ago. As mentioned previously, Melvin does enjoy this tournament, as evidenced by being the first registrant and the first to be eliminated.
Ultimately, it was Wouter Schuurbiers who took down the title, besting long-time chip leader Fabio De Francesco heads-up for the win, bounties and leaderboard points. Here are the payouts exclusive of bounties.

| Place | Name | Payout |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Wouter Schuurbiers | €1,001 |
| 2 | Fabio De Francesco | €720 |
| 3 | Scott Kenyon | €530 |
| 4 | Kare Hallamaa | €410 |
| 5 | Barrie Dear | €340 |
| 6 | Eva Anna Marie Jiretorn | €250 |
| 7 | Martin ‘Franke’ von Zweigbergk | €200 |

PLO 4/5/6
PLO 4/5/6 proved popular, with 127 total entrants taking to the tables in a variation of "The Great Game". With leaderboard points at a premium, Ville Hakala opted to multitable this tournament with the 1,100 High Roller. Multitabling is usually an online occurrence, but at The Festival, anything can happen.
Friend of the Festival Isac Eckstrom (pictured above), made the final table and was gunning for the win, as he wanted to have one of our incredibly unique trophies. He couldn't quite get there this time, finishing in third, but the win will be coming soon. Ultimately, it was a Spanish 1-2 at the top of the counts, with Jose Martin besting his fellow countryman Pablo Molina (pictured below) in the small hours of the morning. Here are the payouts.

| Place | Name | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Jose Martin | €3,251 |
| 2 | Pablo Molina | €2,170 |
| 3 | Isac Ekstrom | €1,530 |
| 4 | Peter Kepplinger | €1,180 |
| 5 | Andre Larsen | €930 |
| 6 | Ronald Woudstra | €730 |
| 7 | Andreas Stamp | €550 |

€1,100 High Roller
A field of 50 came together for the second High Roller event of the week, the 1,100 No Limit Hold'em High Roller. The 30,000 guarantee was smashed, and the total prize pool reached €47,500 when registration was closed.
Like the PLO High Roller, the No Limit Hold'em edition ran even later, finishing at around 5.30 a.m. Ultimately, it was Andreas Holmsten (pictured below) who had all the chips in play when the 12-hour session came to an end. The field was a strong one, as expected. Former Irish Open Tero Laurila, Sviten Special Weekend Main Event winner Ville Keranan, and online crusher Joris Ruijs (pictured above) all found the money. Below are the payouts.
